Jim was very nice and helpful over the phone. His prices are more than reasonable and the techs who came out to install did a great job! It was extremely hot the day they completed the work and our silly water heater is located in the attic, not ideal conditions. The guys were friendly and professional the entire time. I highly recommend this company for water heater installs!

I received three bids for my water heater replacement. Replacement water heater was the same brand and model for all quotes. Pro Plumber was low bid meeting specifications. Their two person crew arrived as scheduled and worked continuously until the work was finished. As another said, they were courteous and efficient.
