I put a 5 for quality of work even though they replaced the control panel to our water heater. They moved my appt up from monday to Saturday. We were charged $235 to replace the control panel but they said that the current water heater would last a while so it worth replacing the one part rather the whole until. Average price of repairs was around $150 to $500.
