Was very timely and provided an all inclusive estimate, which included installation of attic flooring to access the water heaters. Flooring was a little wobbly (an extra 1/4″ in plywood thickness would have helped) and job cost was a little high, but he was very professional and finished the job on time and stuck to original estimate.
