I posted on Home Advisor that I was looking for a quote on a gas water heater installation. Within the hour, Jim from ProPlumber called and once we discuss my needs he quoted me a price. I told him I was looking at big box stores as well and we left it at that. I had already viewed gas water heaters at Lowe’s and just needed an installation quote from them but they took over a week and so I had to go there physically find out why they had not contacted me and also to get my quote. It came in over $700 over Jim’s quote. I immediately called Jim and within 2 days they installed my water heater. I will definitely use them again.
