The service technicians arrived as scheduled and Virgil explained what was to be done when asked. They began working immediately. They were efficient in their task and I could scarcely tell they had been there, as they cleaned the work area after completion. The original water heater was installed in 1994 to galvanized pipe. From my perspective, this appeared to be daunting, but in no time at all, the old was out and the new was in. I will consider this company for future jobs and will recommend them.
